Conqueror is the undeniable best keystone for Aatrox. It synergizes perfectly with his Q and abilities, granting him immense healing and damage in extended fights. Follow up with Triumph, Legend: Alacrity or Tenacity depending on enemy CC, and Last Stand since Aatrox often fights at low HP. For the secondary tree, Resolve with Second Wind/Bone Plating and Revitalize is highly recommended.
